Why We’re Different

Fundanoodle by Carolina Pad educational toyAs parents, you want the best for your children. That’s why you scour the stores for the best educational toys that will both entertain and stimulate learning in your young ones. But, it can be a frustrating search that forces you to cobble together bits and pieces from different manufacturers to ensure that your son or daughter’s play time will aid all aspects of their development.

That’s where Fundanoodle is different from other learning toys. We created a complete system that allows your child to learn entire skill progressions – from the most basic gross and fine motor skills to the most difficult hand-written letters and numbers. By choosing Fundanoodle, you are assured that once your child masters certain skills, he or she will be able to smoothly transition to the next skill.

Fundanoodle by Carolina Pad I Can Bead, Lace, Rip, Trace All-in-one KitFor example, our I Can Bead, Lace, Rip, Trace All-in-One Kit focuses on fine motor skills needed to pinch the fingers together, a key muscle group for holding a pencil. Children start by lacing a pipe cleaner through tagboard with preformed holes. After they have mastered the pipe cleaner, they can move directly to lacing with a shoestring – somewhat more difficult because the shoestring is flexible. The final test, after lacing with the shoestring, is lacing with a piece of yarn. This requires your child to twist the end of the yarn in order to thread it through the hole.

You will find that each kit and tablet in the Fundanoodle system includes similar progressions and that individual elements build on each other. We hope that this easy-to-use system will give you more time to spend with your child and less time searching the stores for learning toys. —Michelle + Amy
